Alleviating my terror at leaving my boy at the vets. Sally made what was the worst day of my life, less dreadful. She was so kind, compassionate warm caring and genuine. She accepted Jeffrey on a Sunday last minute just because she understood the depth of the loss. She made the process as easy as it could be. Even allowing us to be the last people to touch him in this world. I cannot begin to express the loss and grief we are going through. But we had our boy back home within 24 hours. Sally is nothing short of an angel. We drove over an hour to get our boy to Sally and I will never willingly use anyone else.

I found KIND FUNERALS online and if you had given me the 3 numbers I would have gone with her all day long. Sally collected her on the 1st and she was cremated on the 1st and I got her ashes back on the 3rd.

In her ashes bag we got a nice note saying thank you for letting us look after beautiful Kayah,  a cremation certificate, a small candle and some forget me not seeds. Also Sally did a clay paw print and didn’t charge me. Sally made the whole process from first call to the end so easy. 

Sally was also a bit cheaper than Silver Haven and Dignity but honestly I would have paid her double for the excellent service Sally provided for us. I was blown away with the care and compassion Sally has.

I think if you offered your clients Sally (Kind Funerals) she would be taken up every time.
