Refund policy
Once we have your pet in our care we cannot reasonably cancel your order. If you change your mind and wish to use another provider then you must call us to see if your pet has been cremated already.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your memorial items upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed a refund. Note some banks take 3-5 days to issue the refund. Please contact us at hello@kindfunerals.com.
